Never even got a chance to get an appointment. I've been calling them for several days with no answer. Are they even open anymore? I'm glad to read these reviews as it seems this place isn't the best for me anyways.

Of all of the dentists I have ever been too, which have been all over the US, I have never been treated so unprofessionally. To be told I would have to pay over $300 for a replacement filling once I was sitting in the chair and being numbed was dumbfounding. Always, benefits have been check days prior to ensure patient is prepared to pay whatever is necessary. Also, my secondary insurance was not even on file after I filled out the necessary paperwork informing them so, they were not confirmed for benefits either. I had my first exam two weeks prior to this appointment so time was allotted before this appointment. I fear that without my extensive knowledge of medical billing, which I do for a living, they would have gotten my $300 without properly assessing my insurance. Over an hour of my day was wasted as they felt they could not waste more time in calling my secondary insurance while I waited in the chair. I will now rather drive over an hour away to my previous dentist then return to this office again.

Day before my appointment I call to confirm and Im told their computers went down and my appointment wasnt showing in the system I made the appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed after my original appointment a full month in advance I try to be patient but I had to call back to back 5 times to get information I just gave up and asked for my balances owed so that I can move to a new dentist its hard for me to be comfortable with someone working on my mouth and they seem to have an attitude when they canceled my appointment
