This company and it’s Director of Therapeutic Day Treatment, Mr. William Washington, is the epitome of poor management and customer service. He often forgets appointments, shows late to meetings, does not answer nor return phone calls, and refers you to other uninformed personnel. I would not recommend that any one receive services nor apply for employment with this company. A current employee has shared that they will possibly be going under due to fraud, partly the reason they went from direct deposit to paper checks. They will hold your funds after ending employment with them, even after returning their equpiment/ materials. The HR department is unprofessional and can never provide you with adequate information when needed. This company does not hold up to the standards and values they portray or care about the growth of their employees as some who have been there for over 3 years and furthered their education have not been promoted as promised they would nor provided sufficient raises for increase in job duties.
