        I genuinely don't know what happened to this location, but I will set appointments well in advance and they'll still text you the day before wanting to cancel or reschedule! I've given up and will find somewhere else to go.

        The fact you have to drive 1 hour to VA Beach for birth control is weird to meyou have an appt in Hampton and then once it comes in, you have to go pick it uphow inconvenient for those who work/dont have a car etc. They said they dont carry ANY birth control therewhich is also very strange to me. What kind of PP doesnt carry birth control methods? They even said they would let me know when it came in and someone would deliver it to the Hampton location, which never happened. Also, they definitely arent quick to get back to you when you send a message via portal eitherPP used to be really good, but now they are falling apart.
