Amazing owner. However, if i could leave a one star review specifically for the other man who works there consider it this review! Every single time we visit this location for our propane and have to see the other man.. he turns us away. I just went the other day and he said that he would check the tank. He walks over & looks at it and says “sorry i guess the guy didn’t fill it... we have been out for three days. because of the holiday” .... mind you the holiday was MLK day... and it was a few days prior to this. But, then tells us .. “Yeah, I had to turn away another customer before you”... all i could think was wow.. so if you turned away another customer before me... than why did you even bother to check the meter? You would already know it’s empty... it just never makes sense. and i can’t afford to go without propane we need RELIABLE. his excuse is always the same. and if it happens to actually be true .. than my apologies but it’s just funny how every single time we come and he’s the one working he never fills them and always says they’re empty or that its too dark out. .. because, this is how we heat our home and being turned down over several times now has caused us to switch to another company for propane. we had no choice. we desperately need reliable. again, 5 stars because the owner is amazing. he is considerate, understanding & super duper kind.
