They have you to show up at the shop at 5 am but you won't get paid until you reach the job site. You work from 5am until 5pm but instead of being paid for the 12 hours you will be lucky to get paid for 7 hours. They pay the labor as little as possible while the women and men that stay in the air conditioning all day at the office drive brand new vehicles. They don't pay near enough and that was everyone working agreed with. Even the people that had been there their whole life. All workers and supervisors agree they don't get paid enough for what we do. You risk your like multiple times daily for about 400 dollars an 80 hour week but you'll only get paid for 38 of those hours.. The management doesn't pay enough nor respect the workers enough. They need to be fined for not paying wadges
