This company sucks. I worked with Angel L. to get an estimate for a partial roof replacement and chimney flashing repair. We signed the contract and then he went rogue for weeks. No communication for a while. He never picks up his phone and only communicates through text messages when he feels like it. The receptionist at the office is completely useless. They provide no information and never help you. We scheduled a day for them to make the repairs and they canceled on me several times, including the morning of the repairs. I gave him a piece of my mind and he never responded and never showed up to the third rescheduled day. There are plenty of roofers that service Bergen county. Do not work with these guys. Its not worth the hassle.

I called them twice for an estimate. Woman said they would call me back each time, and never did. I wound up calling another roofer and they did a great job. Id recommend not calling Hackensack Roofers.

They worked hard in completing my roof and putting in gutters. They were professional, hard workers, and cleaned up well. Kudos to Henry's crew and John Adkins for organizing the great job! Also did a good clean up! Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Worst run business ever! They demanded $8,000 in cash up front for an $11,000 job. They refused to provide a receipt for the cash. Instead of ripping off the old roof as promised, they stapled new shingles onto the old roof. They damaged the metal corner supports and said they will come back to correct their mistake. Now they ignore my phone calls. There is a giant square dent in my lawn from a heavy platform that was placed there with a crane. The dent filled with rainwater and looks like a swimming pool, and again they ignore my calls. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
