I went to this branch today and told them that I wanted to close my account. I was told that I need an appointment for them to close my account. There's no other customer at that moment and the 2 of them (employee) were just talking so I couldn't understand as to why they can't process my request and I had to come back the next day. I then went to their other branch (Carlstadt) right after I talked to them and the guy from that branch was very accommodating. He was able to close my account right there and then. The whole process of closing the account only took 10 mins.

PNC atm gave me a ripped bill. And they denied the chance to change me. So if you have a emergency dont use that ATM
