Arbor Counseling Center

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I was informed on multiple occasions that they do family counseling and marital counseling and I had left them two inquiries on their website to try to get an appointment scheduled. I have not heard from them over a couple weeks so I just tried to call their office today and I was told that they do not do family counseling or marital counseling. The point of counseling is to make your life better and to get all the stress out of your life, but this place obviously wants to add even more stress to your life

Didn't get the help I needed. Begged for help with anger management. They refused to give it any attention.

I walked in to the Buffalo Grove location as a new patient seeking therapy and basically was told that I couldn't schedule anything (for any time) because there was nothing available...? Good thing I wasn't suicidal...

Arbor Counseling Agency is the best!  The counselors are amazing and the office staff always greets you with a smile....I have had much success with my counselor Jim, my family loves him and he has been helping us for years!!  Thanks Jim!!
