I have a lot of experience with building computers and changing out components. What I don't have is the expensive test equipment that Computer Masters has. If I can't do it myself this is the only place I will take my computers for evaluation and determination of a possible repair or work around. The guys at this shop are very knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. They will share their knowledge with you if you take the time to listen and learn from them. I brought my wife's laptop to them after it was dropped to determine if it was possible to repair it. A lot of times a dropped laptop is instant death from a cracked motherboard. This was not one of those times. They not only repaired the inop mousepad but also fixed both inop usb sockets by replacing the damaged card. On top of that I agreed to have a direct power USB adapter with additional card readers and USB ports installed inline to the power port. Now my wife has a fully operational laptop again with additional aftermarket options it didn't come with. And yes I paid a little extra for the extra components which I was given the option not to purchase but I know a direct power USB will last much longer with less stress on the laptop electronics than the original card that was replaced. So in the longrun my wife will enjoy a longer lifespan on her laptop with the upgraded components. Great job guys. Thanks for being there every time that I need your expertise.
