Horrible service! Dropped off two UPS packages on Amazon return labels. Lady said UPS scans at time of pick up. Did not happen. No tracking information. So now packages appear lost. Never again using Bandit for what should have been simple drop off and pick up.

Hello, We are sorry that your packages are lost. However, this is an issue you will need to take up with UPS & Amazon. We are considered an authorized drop location for UPS. UPS scans packages at pick up or when unloaded at the UPS hub. You should be able to get the tracking number from your Amazon account. Again, we are sorry about your packages, however, this is something that must be addressed with Amazon or UPS directly.

Great Experience! I walked in, knowing absolutely NOTHING as to where to put all of the stickers on the 3 packages I was needing to return. One was FedEx, one was UPS, I'm not sure about the third. The Girl at the counter was a LIFE-SAVER! Helping me with every step. And she was so sweet about it. She gained a customer for LIFE...
