        Ive been living here for 8 years and have had a nice experience here. Very pleasant neighbors, the neighborhood itself is very quiet. Management takes a while to get back to you as far as fixing things but overall theyre good people. A little pricey, but the apartments are decent.

        I was charged $525 for landscaping damage for work never even done. Im very concerned and disappointed to have to deal with untrustworthy people.

        1 star because despite nice pictures online, and location being good. I had an appointment for a viewing. Nonone showed up. So I called, and they blew me off again and didn't return or answer my calls.

        Perfectly average apartment, though the rent is far too high for just a one bedroom with a very tiny kitchen and bathroom. The landlords are often willing to work with you when you have trouble, but are also very hard to get a hold of and it feels like a goose chase. The office is often empty even when it is supposed to be opening hours.
