        Ruined 3 pieces of clothing. Took items to be dry cleaned and Instead they washed a suit jacket and two sweaters.

        Ironically, after reading the owners response to their only negative review I chose Reeves Cleaners because of their apparent commitment to customer service; and I'm so glad I did! I went in on Saturday, February 23, 2019; in need of pressing for a gown and dress. Yes, this was a last minute request and they were only taking in new orders. After explaining the nature of the event I was attending Tara (the owner's daughter) went above and beyond in assuring me that my pieces would be ready in a few hours. Not only did they do an amazing job on my gown and dress; their customer service was exceptional! I will be a repeat customer! Thank you ladies! (Pictured is a photo of me in my gown. Tara, everyone LOVED the dress as I was the featured Open Your Heart Story at the Atlanta Heart Ball 2019 @ St. Regis Atlanta. My cousin is pictured in the red dress you pressed/steamed for me as well.)
