HOA is nothing but invasive scumbags. Homeless people live in the bushes, this is theft central, crackheads make noises all hours of the nights and to be frank the HOA was extremely racist against my partner.

We have been living here 5 years now and have always paid our HOA and take great care of our home. We love this condo and its our first little place together but weve become frustrated with the plumbing issues here. Weve contacted the HOA on four different occasions for sewer back flow issues. Woke up this morning to yet another backflow issue. The building I live in has had numerous different plumbing companies come out to fix plumbing issues. Im starting to wonder are people are paying out of pocket for plumbing issues because the HOA still hasnt fixed the problem??? We contacted them as soon as we purchased are place 5 years ago to inform them about the galvanized pipes.and 5 years later nothing been done. Maybe a review will get their attention. Will post later with an update.
