        They didn't approve a collision waiver for a rental car. I was a victim of a car accident where their client was at fault and Enterprise charged me the total amount of $282,61. I have tried to get reimbursed for a little over a month now (11/22/2021) filling my profile on their website with my banking info, sent receipts by email, contacted them, and they are unresponsive. It's being stressful and frustrating. I'm Brazilian and for every dollar I spend in the USA it represents 6x more that I have to have in Brazilian reais.

        Heather is fantastic! I was moving and read things wrong and called her to try to fix it. She bent over backwards to get my request in and give me everything I needed and more so that I was still able to move into my apartment. She is always helpful and this was just another case of her going above and beyond. Thank you!
