        We hired him since 2018. It's been 4 years already and we are still waiting for the permit. Unfortunately, my husband hired him (without looking for other options) and paid him everything upfront. I can't get in touch with the person in charge; he is always unavailable and his voicemail is always full. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

        Very difficult to work with, all communications go through assistant who is very unprofessional and not very informed. Have used other inspectors in the past who were so much better to work with. Service: Rental property inspections
