My wife went to have her roots done and some highlights , also brought a picture of what she wanted done as far as color etc. Paid $175.00 And got home and discovered gray roots still on hairline and temples and the color highlights were nothing like she wanted. She called salon and was told she could make another appointment to fix it or get her money back via a company check. She chose the check. 5 days go by and nothing, so she calls salon and was told the accountant has been out of the office but they would give her the message. 2 more days go by and she calls again, was told the same thing. Another 2 days go by and she calls and asks to speak to the accountant or the owner, after being on hold several minutes the owner Robert gets on the phone and informs her that he spoke to the hairdresser and the manager and was told that my wife was satisfied with her hair and that if she gives negative feedback on Facebook he will sue her! Then he tells her its people like you that try to rip him off. He become even more rude and eventually hung up on her! This is Not Acceptable and Robert might want to think twice about threatening my wife . We Do Not recommend this salon at all !

Brook did an awesome job on my hair. After my massage with Diane I felt like I was floating. Wonderful! Thank you ladies!!
