Came in here with a very short window before deployment. Day before laptop started acting up and not holding a charge. He got it fixed and back to me within three hours and cleaned it up and even upgraded the ram for a more than reasonable fee. I would highly recommend over geek squad any day.

I took my laptop to computer renaissance to be fixed, it wouldn't turn on correctly to the welcome screen. He helped me right away and ran a diagnostic. He could have easily up sold me to get more money, instead he was very honest and reinstalled my windows and it was good to go! I would recommend this repair shop to anyone! Very honest and knowledgeable.

My computer has been having problems for a while, so I decided to bring it in for a consultation. I was able to do a walk-in and Dan checked my computer for free. He was upfront about what the fix would take and gave all the alternatives. The people who work here are definitely experts in their field and are a very upstanding business. I would suggest anyone go to them with computer problems big or small!

I chose Computer Renaissance because of the great reviews and I'm happy to report that it didn't disappoint. Sonny was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. My son dropped another student's laptop onto his laptop and broke his screen. It was a touchscreen, so it would have been very expensive to repair. Sonny was able to help us find a solution that resulted in getting a slightly nicer laptop for much less than the repair.
