Mike Bryan Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I was looking for local rug cleaning service to remove multiple pet stains from a large area rug and came across Mike's page and Google reviews first. He answered my call immediately and while he didn't feel his company was the best suited to my particular job, he took the time to explain to me how it could be done by a fellow local business instead. I was so impressed by his honesty, courtesy and in-depth explanation that even after I'd reached out to his competitor, I decided to revisit my call with him, just in case he could do our job. While it didn't work to have him come out for this particular instance, I greatly appreciated that he is committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. Whenever I have an upholstery or carpet/rug cleaning request, Mike will be the first person I call!

Mike & team were super! We have very valuable carpets purchase overseas during our travels - the cleaning and overall job done by Mike was above our expectations. They are truly professional and trustworthy - in addition to the professionalism, the customer service was excellent, including leaving their fans overnight to ensure the rugs were totally dry. We highly recommend them for any one who cares about a professional job at a great price.
