        I contacted Carolina Ductmasters, and someone got back to me right away. They were able to get me onto their schedule right away. Cody and Dwight were great, very professional and kind. They even explained to me what they were doing, and the importance of each step in the process. I am happy to say that our air quality already feels 10x better. Thanks again!         Called to remove mouse from ducts. they vacuumed them out but never got mouse. I called back because of smell and owner or manager said he would call me when they were coming but never called back. Doesn't really seem to clean ducts. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

        Absolutely full of it. These people are disrespectful, untrustworthy, and rude. Abhorrent service. Didn't even finish. Would go ANYWHERE else!! Beware of these scammers.
