        DO NOT APPLY! If youre looking around, do not apply, they will not return your admin fee !!! I applied and sent in my application fee and admin fee January 22. The next day I found A better apartment with better pricing, so I wanted to redraw my application. After two months of going back-and-forth about my admin fee that I was supposed to get back out of the $200 I only got 137. Ive been talking to everybody at the front desk for the last two months And have gotten the worst service ever. Do not waste your time they do not want to give back your Admin fee if you change your mind. The office managers are no help and just rush you off the phone with an attitude and thats if they do answer. Im not the only one they did this to. Corporate is no help as well

        Out of the almost 4 years weve been here, I honestly feel like Nikkie and Anthony are the dream team this place needs. Theyre both willing and so nice. Not to mention will go out of their way to help. You couldnt ask for a better team.

        Arent it very high . I pay way too much for the mailboxes to be looking this . The custodians are always driving around but they wont take out the trash . Then the trash people just leave my trash out and dont pick it up . I feel like i pay way too much for them to be doing so little
