I went into see Dr. Wilson and had a full body check and also checking on a large lump under my arm. She said that it was not a lipoma and that I would have to go see a general surgeon she would send referrals. There were no referrals ever sent, and I had to reach out to my primary and get an Orthopedic surgeon to actually remove a very large lymphoma under my arm. I felt like she didnt know what she was talking about. Gave me the bums rush and then never even followed up on referrals I will never return to that office.

Saw the son a few years ago. I still have the terrible scars from him. As son as saw my new dermatologist he asked me what happened. He thought I was in a bad accident. Yes, the big accident of no knowing the difference between the father and the son at that time. Never again. The difference is very noticeable. I still wear sleeves clothing so I can let everyone know who did this to me. No patience, doesnt listen, poor communication etc.

I was a patient once, it wasnt until I went to a different dermatologist that I realized how awful I was treated while here. They dont take your needs or concerns seriously. Would go elsewhere

I had to leave a positive review because I dont understand all of the bad ones! Maybe that was a previous doctor? I was called back promptly after arriving for my appointment. When the doctor arrived she was very friendly, present and informative. Much better than other dermatologists I have seen. Great experience with Dr. Wilson.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but that was not my experience for the two visits Ive been there. I saw Dr Kelsey Wilson about a year ago and then again this week for my annual exam as well as to freeze off a couple of spots. My appointments were handled in a very timely manner. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have no complaints and would recommend giving them a try. Note that they have more than one office location so I would recommend trying the one where Dr. Wilson is!
