        William who is partial owner of the dealership is beyond rude and careless. Most importantly a liar and thief. As a veteran I got to serve my country and come back to serve my community but had to deal with HASTINGS FORD causing major damage to not just personal truck but my work truck as well. Poor customer service. This dealership ruined and destroyed my truck by blowing the motor in the parking lot along with many issues on my other vehicles. I have plenty videos to show the facts to include audio of tons and tons of lies. When you bring your vehicle for service it seems to come back with more problems than what youre trying to take care of. I will never purchase another vehicle nor recommend to anyone. I wouldnt give any stars if I could. The techs in the back are not even techs. They are a joke. No care or experience.

        Great place to buy a vehicle! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is they don't add in unnecessary costs like nitrogen in the tires, lo-jack, etc. and willing to work with us. Will buy our next vehicle with them!
