Domino's Pizza

3 stars for atmosphere only because there is none.... it's a domino's, as in pick up or delivery, lol. But we order a ridiculous amount of pizza most every Friday and they have it ready every time. Even when I forget to push the last button in the online app, they hustle to get my pizzas out for me. KUDOS to their crew and management.

This was the Dominos on Fleming Road. I think this guy name Allen the boss/supervisor. I ordered pizza for the 5th graders. It was delivered. However, one of the pizzas was wrong. I call back talk to this Allen person. Demeanor: very unprofessional tell him the problem he says Will correct the problem when he gets the time. Okay, I get in my car and drive to look for this unprofessional guy at Dominoes. Call to let him know Im on the way. Get to Dominos I hand him the wrong pizza and he hands me the correct pizza. I get back to my destination. The pizza is burnt. I will never, ever never go back there. The drip that delivered the pizza was really nice.

These people need serious customer service training. I placed an order to the hotel around the corner and put in the notes that I was paying with a $50.00. When the pizza arrived Kaitlyn said they tried to call me three times to a number different from where I placed the order. I called the guy who says hes the Mgr. David who has no problem solving skills or has any idea how to talk to people. They didnt even give me chance to get change at the hotel front desk but decided to just walk away with my order. Ugh...the level of incompetence is alarming. Good luck if you decide to order from this below par location.

Not sure why theres all the hatred toward this store. 1st off the place is clean. Very clean. 2nd, every pizza I have ever ordered from here has been delicious. Dominos pizza is currently trading at $460/share on the stock market as of 3/22/2024, so theyre doing something right. Im a food snob from NYC after having lived there for 13 years, I know good pizza. The crust is great here, the service is swell, and the bonuses are cool too on the app. There is a White male in his 30s, I think his name is Mike, who works the front and he is always accommodating and never reluctant to monitor my order and make sure all is well. Their marinara sauce is delicious and the bread sticks are good too. Every pizza Ive ever ordered from here has been good and if it wasnt Im sure they would make it right. Once I ordered incorrectly on the app and charged myself over. They fixed it for me even though it was only for a few dollars. Hey Im OCD, yeah you know me, and they made it all correct. When I get delivery from here they are always on time and the app enables you to know precisely when they will arrive. Im not sure what yall are looking for in a pizza spot but this place on Fleming always comes through in the clutch.
