Poor communication and cant return a phone call. Got conflicting information from different reps and even conflicting info from the same person on different days

I am very disheartened over my poor experience here. My mother and stepdaddy talked highly of this company, and about a month ago when I had to get a new car, I went with them. They quoted me a great quote & I said awesome. I left Nationwide, who I paid GREATLY FOR... but got amazing customer service by them. You pay for what you get, I guess. I was billed my first bill, that came out to be $100 MORE than the original quote. After I paid the first month, and have the quote in an email....... I was billed for $100 more a month which in return led me to have underpaid that first month. So now, I am having to back pay $93 dollars and some cents for their mistakes. Also, the FACT THAT nobody ever called me from this company to let me know, that the price went up drastically 100$ more a month, I just found out a month later when receiving the packet in the mail from their headquarters... not good customer service to blind side your customers!!!! I called this office at 8am & asked someone to explain to me, they said I had to talk to Zaira. I waited for 15 minutes and they let me know she would just call me back. I do not mind holding on the phone, at all. They wanted to disconnect me quick I suppose. I called back an hour later, after not hearing from Zaira, and of course, again she was too busy to help a customer who felt like she was done wrong, and was told she would call me back. Here is it, 4pm and No call back from Zaira. Poor customer service in my opinion and especially since nobody could even call me to let me know the price went up 100$ more a month. I am very saddened over this experience with this company and it has led me to switch agents, who seemed very helpful when talking to them. Unlike this office. Very poor customer service. :(

Horrible claims experience. Dishonest and unreliable. I would not recommend this insurance to my worst enemy. The communication from their claims department is absolutely horrendous across all of their adjusters. I have dealt with 5 different adjusters, all had the same terrible communication. Currently I am waiting on a check for a homeowners claim that was submitted 3 months ago. On another homeowners claim, my adjuster left the company half way through the claim and no one informed me. It will most often be several days between when you reach out and when you get a response. They frequently insist on communicating important information over the phone as opposed to over email, even after multiple requests for email communication. I will say that my agent was incredible, but how much good does that do when the claims department is so horrible. Finally, they cancelled my auto policy citing frequency of claims when there had not been a single claim on my auto policy since my renewal.
