I rate this filthy place Zero I went in a had a horrible experience the man was totally rude I will never return FEDEX can have my money thanks and the store STINKS like CiGARETTES BEWARE CREEPY STORE

Horrible Experience! I went to Office Depot to make copies not knowing the store I normally go to had shut down. The Fed Ex store was closed because it was Memorial Day. I called Copy King and did not get an answer so I called next on the list Precision Printing. I ask did he make copies, and how much he charged for them. He told me they make copies and they were 9 cents a copy. I tell him I am on the way. I get there, and there is a little print machine like you have at home. You can only make one copy at a time.  He proceeds to show me how to work the machine all while smoking a cigarette. I try to do my first copy, and press the button, and the machine does nothing. Then he proceeds to tell me I was not listening to him wgen he told me how to use it. So then I make the next copy. Meanwhile two black men come and sit on the sidewalk between his business and another business. He tells me he has a no trespassing sign and no loitering sign and that he can call the police. This had nothing to do with me or what I was doing. Apparently, since I had several copies and was moving to slow for him he then tells me I do not know what I am doing. At this point I tell him I am going to call my husband and see if can make the copies tomorrow, but I was going to keep making copies until he answered me. He then yells at me to say if I am going to use my cell phone , and waste his time I just need to get out. I told him was not trying to argue with him or waste his time. Then he yelled yes you are. He had told me places like Staples and Office Depot were driving the smalk business man like him out of business. I told him if you are being rude to people that would make people not want to support you. He then tells me he is just giving me what I gave to him. At this point I was not yelling, but he was yelling at me. I asked how much for the copies I had made, and paid him. I then left, and said Thank you and have a good day.  Please do not waste your time unless you want to smell like smoke, rudeness, confrontation, and horrible customer service.

Horrible Experience. I was looking for somewhere to make copies on Memorial Day for something I needed to send off. I went to an Office Depot location that I go to not knowing the store had closed. I proceeded to look on my phone for somewhere else to go. All Fed Ex store locations where closed, and Copy king did not answer the phone. So this was the next supposed copier that came up. I called and asked where they open today, did they make copies, and how much they charged for copies. He said they were open, and yes the make copies at 9 cent per copy. I tell him I am on my way. I get there, and the copier is a little machine like a home printer, and he proceeds to tell me the top portion of the machine does not work, and I have to do one copy at a time. He shows me how to use the machine, and I have to do the copies myself. I have about 60 copies at this point to make at one page at a time. While showing me and smoking a cigarette. I begin copying and press the button and nothing happens. He begins to come over and tell me that I was not listening to him, and was he supposed to make the copies for me. I begin again copying and then realize that maybe my husband could make these copies for me the next day at a faster copier. I try to call him while the copier is copying, and he yells at me if I am going to be making calls on my cell phone and wasting his time then I needed to get out. Meanwhile he tells me that the bigger places like staples and office depot are putting the small business like him out of business. Two black men come and sit on the sidewalk between his business and the next business, and he proceeds to tell me that he has a no trespassing sign and a no loitering sign up and that he can call the police. This did not have anything to do with me. At this point I guess I was moving to slow because he yells at me that I do not know what I am doing. This was enough so I asked how much for the few copies I had made and paid him. I also told him that people will not support your business if you are rude to them. He then tells me he gives back what he gets. I had not yelled at him or anything up yo this point, but he was yelling at me, so at that point I said thank you, and have a good day. Do not waste your time here. No real copier, horrible customer service, confrontational, and you will come out smelling like smoke.
