I typically don't leave reviews on anything. They often show a skewed version of what happened and don't give the business enough credit. That is not the case here. Very simply, I brought a vintage coat with really ornate buttons to be cleaned. When I arrived to pick up the coat, the buttons had been replaced. I had absolutely not asked for that to happen. Once this was pointed out, management insinuated I was lying and did nothing to correct the mistake. No refund. No apology. Simply condescending replies during several lengthy conversations. Further, the coats that were cleaned still didn't even look clean to me. Overpriced and completely unreasonable.I've never been so appalled by the service I received.

They aren't open after business hours and they aren't open at all on Saturdays. This is easily one of the most expensive dry cleaning services in town, yet they don't bother to provide for decent parking for their customers, the staff repeatedly refuse to remember the names and preferences of their customers and they aren't open at least until 6:30 so that busy professionals can get to the cleaners to pick up their dry cleaning after leaving the office. Saturday? Forget it. They could care less about you.
