        Great people at the Greenfield location. My sales rep Amiara found the frames I wanted on line and in the end saved me a great deal of money. Fantastic sales rep and great staff.

        I know intelligent help is hard to find but - incompetence is all around at this location! Will not go here again. They "lost" my appointment even tho I had confirmation. Had to re schedule. Neglected to call when my glasses were both in. (called once & said 1 pair was in.) Told me they did call. Nope, not according to my phone. I called them. Bad experience.

        Ordered lenses nearly 2 weeks ago. The delivery date pushed off an extra week and a half. I was told they aren't "delayed" and nothing to do about it.

        Newly remodeled location! Very clean, very busy. Lots of frame styles/brands to choose from. I was in and out of my appointment quickly. The exam was thorough and I felt informed when I left! Anita was great to work with. Personable and I didnt feel any sales pressure. Turnaround was well within was I was quoted at time of purchase. Seamless experience all around.
