Shannon was an absolute dream to work with throughout our entire project! From the very beginning, I loved her approach of getting to know both my style and my husband’s style so that she could come up with a design that suited both of us. But in addition to making our home look absolutely gorgeous, Shannon was incredibly thoughtful about addressing our major pain points (e.g., no coat closet, no linen closet, kitchen not functional, etc…) and coming up with creative, but practical solutions to resolve those pain points. She was honest with us about what we could accomplish within our budget and gave us realistic advice about the timeline for our project (which seems rare in the industry). Once the design process got started, Shannon was open and receptive to our feedback, repeatedly assuring us that her ultimate goal was to make sure we loved our home, but she also protected us from making bad decisions -- you are, after all, hiring her because she is an experienced professional who knows what she’s doing! She was extremely organized throughout the entire project, making sure all of the materials were ordered and onsite by the time construction started so that there wouldn’t be any delays, and she was always available if we had any questions or concerns (she would literally respond to emails within minutes, even if I sent one over the weekend and told her not to worry about responding until Monday). Shannon’s demeanor throughout the project was calm and collected, even when issues arose that we weren’t anticipating. She is also extremely ethical, honest and trustworthy, and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you’re happy. Our project wasn’t easy -- our home is a commercial building that was built in 1901 and converted to residential by a DIY’er in 1997 who made A LOT of mistakes -- but Shannon handled everything with grace and professionalism. And perhaps most importantly, we literally could not be happier with the end result. Our home is beautiful, functional, warm and feels like us, only better. We feel so grateful and lucky to have found Shannon and gotten to work with her on our project, and I truly can’t recommend her highly enough! Service: Refurbishment

Shannon is simply THE BEST. She has designed living rooms, bedrooms, nursery, and a vacation home for me. I have a hard time figuring out my style but somehow Shannon just knows and nails it every time!! Not only is she excellent professionally, but personally I always enjoy our time and conversations together! My husband and I plan to build our dream home in the next few years and I hope to have Shannon design everything head to toe!!!

We worked with Shannon on a full home remodel over 3 years ago and we can't fully express how much her talents have transformed our home. She took the time to really get to know our family and what we were looking for and then completely took it to the next level. Her designs were impressive, creating beautiful and functional areas all over our home from kitchen and bathrooms to living and dining rooms even our master bedroom. Once we started working with her we wanted our whole home to benefit from her touch. We are so pleased with the end results, even after a few years we love it as much today as the day we completed the designs. We worked with Shannon last Spring to renovate 1.5 bathrooms and a bonus room, which we use as an office/entryway/craft space. We were really excited to work with Shannon because we liked her style and eye for detail. The finished work was 100% better than what we had before. Once we started the project, we were really impressed at how hardworking and knowledgeable she is. It made the renovation process so much easier and faster for us because she was able to communicate with our contractor and provide the relevant details he needed to get the job accomplished. I was also impressed with how hands on she was. Shannon would send regular updates and visit the site in person frequently to make sure the contractors were on schedule and were following the design plans accurately. We would recommend Shannon to anyone and can’t wait to work with her again!
