I know that I'm a man and I'm the one receiving the support but it is very frustrating that the state doesn't pursue my ex wife to the extent the pursue the men who owe child support. I don't call and bug them about support but I get the cold shoulder and treated like a criminal every time I do call. They treat men much worse than the women.

Shout out to the Green River office. I have had a few interactions with them. They were very professional and conducted themselves very well. Quite the contrast in staffing compared to the State level staffing. The State level customer service was quite terrible when talking with the State Dispersment Unit. I have been in customer service my whole life. The staff at the state were rude and treat you as if you are a criminal. Perhaps if they actually had some tact, the interactions would go much smoother. However starting from a negative context makes the experience terrible for both sides.
