Rafael was our waiter and our is one of the best, ever, in any restaurant!! Mariachis is an excellent restaurant in Green Cove Springs!! An incredible Mariachi band was playing tonight, a Thursday!!! I love this place!!! Our first time here, but it will definitely NOT be the last!! We have found a favorite place to go and very happy about it!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It all starts with management. Teresa, I believe is the owner or manager of the company in Green Cove Springs. She has no clue how to manage a business. Every time I called her office she seemed lost and flustered; she rarely knew which client was who. If you say you're going to follow back up with a client the next day; then you should probably do so. Teresa would state she would call me back, but I would never hear from her until I actually followed back up. I've had to replace aides twice through this company and both instances were a complete train wreck. I realize there is a lot of shuffling that takes place when you request a new aide. For that reason, I'm very lenient and I don't expect to see an aide for about a week. My husband went more than two weeks without an aide, which is totally unacceptable! When I called to check on the status; Teresa informed me she was waiting on the background check to come through. A week passes (which is the 2nd week without assistance) and we never receive an aide and Teresa never tried to contact me with any updates. Finally, I get so frustrated and fed up that I contact the VA to request a different company. How does a company not follow up with their clients? If you don't have an answer or a solution, I get it; but you must follow up with your clients and keep them informed.
The quality and productivity of the aides are a direct reflection of management. If Teresa can't get her act together and manage the company do we really expect the aides to have their act together. The two aides I had were extremely unreliable. The first aide was new to the company and quit after a week. The second aide was a 50 plus year old who couldn't be bothered with showing up to work on time. She also brought her grandson with her on several different occasions. I get it, things happen and I'm very lenient to a point. You still have to show up and you have to do what's expected.
