I have lived many different places (Las Vegas, New York, + Miami) and we have a gem of a teacher here in Green Bay! Abby is really educated and well trained. The best part is- she's down to earth and makes me feel comfortable. That's important to me. Her reformer classes are my favorite! She just started teaching a TRX class which I have not taken yet, but heard it was sweaty and delightful! Go check out Pilates Central!

Pilates Central is the best!  Abby gives you a seriously butt-kicking workout in 45 minutes that works your arms, legs, and especially your core.  Pilates Central offers both mat and reformer (the machine invented by Joseph Pilates that looks like a medieval torture device with ropes and springs) classes.  The reformer classes are limited to four people so you get lots of personal attention.  Classes are offered in the morning, during the day and at night so you can always find a time that suits you.  Abby's great about rescheduling too so you can usually change your time around if something comes up.
