Mitch gave us great service and was very helpful with our carpet installation. They let us keep carpet samples for weeks while we decided on paint colors. During the install phase I had changes and they accommodated they delay and also helped out with LVP flooring ideas in certain areas. We would highly recommend Westpoint.

Just wanted to say West Point is amazing!! Mitchell did an job on our carpet install! I cant believe how good the carpet looks. The pad is also amazing. The installers were great. They were very polite and considerate. We moved everything that my wife and I could, but weee lot able to move the bed or tv stand. Your guys moved he bed and stand for us. I really appreciated them. I will recommend you to any and everyone. West Point is lucky to have someone like you! God Bless!!

EPIC DISAPPOINTMENT is an understatement. Mitchell was worthless and failed to follow through on many things from timing to promising to be there day one to get his crew started. I had to text him with a timeline because one was not given to me and I needed to make sure this would start and finish on days off. This did not happen. I was told this would be done in a couple days and did not happen this way. It was because contractors dipped out for a Cornhole game, or just because after a few hours of work they chose to stop. We were promised people would show up at a certain time and did not putting our other contractors out. Our job was not a big one and I could not be more thankful because I could not imagine having to work with them any longer. Not once was I contacted by Mitchell and had to contact him. He promised big up front and was an epic failure. Almost everytime I called to talk to him I was put to voicemail or told he was unavailable. Also when we voiced a grout preference it went unaddressed. Our end shower result worked but the grout work outside the main tile looked like a 2 year old art project at best. I never received a call at the completion of the job either asking how the job went, if we were happy or anything. We just got a invoice asking for payment. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I feel I played the part of contractor and scheduled and worked with all the sub contractors. This job not only inconvenienced my self but family I had to schedule to be at the house on the days I couldn't as the job ran over... West Point. We got your invoice and paid for it just now within an hour or so. Mitchell Thank you for an experience that I would never wish on anyone.

Worked with Cole for all tile and flooring throughout our new home and couldn't be happier. The work was well-coordinated and beautifully done.
