I like the people, the pricing, and the punch card. The office is disgusting, very unprofessional.

They  don't seem to be very organized,, when i call to order propane you cannot get a delivery time,, i don't just mean the hour,, or the day , or even the week!!  they will get to you when they get to you,, i have tried for as long as they have been in business to be a good, loyal customer but i've had it,, a big cold front expected , i called over a week ago and have made sure my 1/4 mile driveway is well   plowed but today my big snow blower broke down ,been plowing it every time it snows expecting my delivery,, i called again today and the answer i got was "didn't you already call"?

I'm frustrated, have been a Breen customer for many years and have always paid my bill immediately. Received a propane fill for both my tanks and did not get the notice of the fill in my door but we live in central Montana so I'm sure it just blew away. I paid the bill the same day I received it on my Wells Fargo for 4 cents less a gallon. I then received a bill for over $200 the next month- the 4cent discount. When I called the lady at Breen said it wasn't within 10 days and I would not receive the discount. So yes i am a bit salty.

Worst company on the planet. Moved to the area I was informed about prior delivery with a 500gal tank. Requested a 1,000 tank. Manager tells me they dont want to give me a 1k tank and if they do it will be $680 a year rental. He went on telling me how they are trying to keep their people employed and want to do deliverys in the winter when the prices is high. Now that has to be the worst business plan ever! Went to Silvertip. Got a $1,000 gal tank rental for $125 year and they were very professional. Breen co is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with anywhere.
