    I went in to the ER 2 days ago for abdominal pain. I ended up having appendicitis. They had all the patients on beds in the hallway. While I was waiting I heard the medical history and diagnosis of the man next to me, as I'm sure everyone heard what I had going on. I feel like that should be a violation of HIPPAA?! While I was there a nurse asked me if I was someone else's name.(1st encounter of them being confused of what patient was where) After being there for hours already receiving a CT scan and meds(waiting for results at this point) a different dr came up to me and asked why I was there and said she was going order a CT scan and said she would get nausea and pain meds coming to me. i already had all of that done... 20 minutes later she came and apologized because she had the wrong patient. She never even asked my name or date of birth before talking to me. I think there needs to be a more organized way of handling people there. The nurses and Dr that were assigned to me were really great. I was just shocked at their procedures

    The specialty care at Benefis is so bad, people with chronic medical conditions have to go somewhere else; I was forced to move away. Referrals can take months for them to process and then they schedule you out years away. If you do get into a specialist quickly, ask yourself why and what theyre doing at Benefis. Nobody works there because theyre good at their jobs. Its not like Benefis has any coveted positions in Montanas not so desirable city. Even though Ive left, Benefis still finds ways to mess with me by not transferring any of my requested records to new providers. Scour your bills, and Medicaid patients need to carefully watch their records since they dont get bills. Benefis has never been above fraudulent charting and billing. Obviously, Im not open to a phone call.

    We had a horrible experience in the ER last night my baby wouldn't stop throwing up and dry heaving they made her sit in the waiting area lethargic and dry heaving for hours they didn't send her home with any anti nausea meds she still isn't able to hold anything down she does not have the stomach flu it was her first time in daycare and away from me so I was historical they treated me and my baby horribly I can't believe they fly ppl here for help I bet they have a high death rate because of their cares. They also sent us home without any paperwork and things to do and look out for

    There are some staff there are not really findly & cought problems with people that go there & some of them use to work there ! The office staff need to let people cancel the appointment last min if they don't fell we'll so they don't get staff sick & then get written up for that even when the sign language interpreter was on call that day . Some staff are not being verry understanding & not get positive response & thought about people mind about people health problems ! The hospital mangers have clients get a sign language interpreter on line on lap top computer or the staff can call for live person sign language interpreter . They have some good doctors & nurse & staff ! Good that they change some things there for people go to there . They need some changes done at er hospital & The some offices staff need to answer the ph & call people back if need to so people can talk to hospital staff & The hospital need better staff work there that do their jobs right ! The staff need to just let people go there to bring their own drink but not buy it at the hospital pop meachine or cafe there . The staff need to be more nice to people about it when people are see doctor or staff with an appointment !
