        Everything was very clean, but the best was the guy at the front desk. He was absolutely awesome and was very polite. We asked where to go eat he suggested an awesome place and he walked us out and pointed out exactly how to get there. Rooms: Very clean and comfortable

        My kids and I visited the hotel about a week ago, the man at the service desk the nights we were there was very kind. When we first tried checking in the system was down for payments and he was so kind and apologetic towards it. We really appreciated his kindness in what Im sure was a stressful moment. Our room was wonderful and anything we needed got brought to us so fast! We really enjoyed the pool area, and the kid friendly atmosphere. Thank yall so much for helping make our vacation so great! We will definitely be back when we visit grapevine again! Rooms: Very clean, stocked well, roomy Nearby activities: 0.20 miles away from grapevine mills, lots of fun things for kids super close by! Food & drinks: The breakfast was yummy, and warm!
