Printing on their color printer is one of the most horrendous experiences of my life. After they took more than $5 on my credit card, it would not upload my file and print it. I tried again. It took another $5 plus and would not in a reasonable time upload the file. Now there was a long line waiting to Xerox glaring at me. I was now late for a meeting and had to go empty handed. Days later I found that the unused money was never reversed. $10 plus dollars for zip! Thank you Staples! Went to Ray's printing and he color xeroxed it for half the price.

Avoid this store!!!! Closed their beautiful bathrooms to customers!!!!! I drink a lot of water and require access to bathrooms when I shop. They have code access or a clerk was opening the door for customers, but no more!!! I encourage management and store owner to find a solution rather than penalize your loyal customers by taking away their access to a bathroom. A store employee gave me a lot of bogus reasons of why you no longer open the bathroom door for your customers. I say avoid this store until they can open their bathroom up again!!!!!!!

I Needed a 11x17 Color print as soon as possible. Ken and his Team did an amazing job, getting that accomplished. They went the extra effort to get it when I needed it, and it came out better than I had thought. Ken went Above and Beyond my Expectations, thanks ken , thanks Staples A new loyal customer

Bought my new laptop here. Wonderful customer service. Knowledgeable staff and comparable pricing with the best service and warranties packages available anywhere for those less tech savvy such as myself.
