Nicole (#8113) is the best and listens to you with compassion and kindness. She helped me immensely when I needed it, and I cant thank her enough. She has great communication, personal skills are outstanding, and she made me feel more heard than my actual PCP ever did. Give this lady a raise, please. Well deserved.

Nepotism beyond belief in the Provider Relations Department. Their handbook and code of conduct states that family members are not to work in the same department. It also states that colleagues should not interact outside of work settings. The VP of that department has her daughter and her daughter's friends working right underneath her. She clearly hires and promotes with favoritism. Hiring people with no way to lead many of the people on her team. If the people she hires to direct, can't, what are they doing in that position? Her and her group are all on social media together, and spend time together outside of work, which is not allowed according to the handbooks. They go over on budgets given to them, and micromanage colleagues who don't fit into their nepotism group! She doesn't tell anyone when she goes on vacation; no email, nothing. I guess she figured, since her family and friends working under her knew, it didn't matter to tell the rest of us. Not a single person left in charge (while she was away 2 weeks), could assist with questions because, again, she hires family and friends, and not professionals who can lead certain areas of her department. I filed a formal complaint with HR about her, and I told them I felt unsafe in my department. Nothing happened. Instead, the following day I was served a PIP. I never ended up having to sign the PIP. I know the reason for the high turnover and transfer rate in her department. It's too bad she doesn't! Worst department. Worst conduct. Worst higher level employees. My new job pays better anyway, and it's remote!
