1 star just for the doctor I had. Dr. Datta was amazing and most of the nurses and staff members were as well. The facility itself was disgusting, and needs updated/remodeled asap. I did not get any toiletries when I arrived and had to ask for things such as a toothbrush. There was a lack of staff members available at times so you were required to sit in your room and stare at the walls for hours. They did not know how to properly handle the more severe patients. They would not allow one of the patients who had an accident on herself to shower because it was not the designated "shower time". They only have 1 working shower for every patient to use. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable and they give you a thin tiny blanket. The facility was freezing the whole time I was there but apparently the week prior it was scolding hot. There is so much I could say about this place in a negative way but I will leave it at that. Do not go to this place if you are looking for mental help because it will just add on to it. They do nothing to actually try to help you. I talked to the psychiatrist twice and the second time was just to get discharged. I sat in my room or colored the whole time and could have done that in the comfort of my own home.

It is with considerable concern that I must articulate the numerous deficiencies observed at this establishment, which, in my view, render its operation questionable: 1. The operational hours displayed on their signage do not accurately reflect reality, leading to confusion and inconvenience. 2. Contrary to expectations for a facility of its nature, there is an absence of a physician on-site during overnight hours in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), a critical shortfall in patient care. 3. Despite the representation on their website indicating availability of cafeteria services, my personal experience, necessitated by a family member's ICU stay, revealed that the cafeteria does not open for breakfast, dinner, or, it appears, even lunch. 4. A complete failure of all five vending machines on the premises compounds the lack of available nourishment options, further inconveniencing patients and visitors alike. 5. The facility purports to offer a wide range of necessary services; however, the reality starkly contradicts these claims. 6. Alarmingly, the institution has lost its contract for providing dialysis services, a critical healthcare provision for patients with renal failure. 7. The staff, potentially due to overwork, exhibits a demeanor that ranges from inattentive to outright rude, with a notable lack of compassion. Furthermore, the communication provided by staff members is often misleading and vague, exacerbating the stress and confusion for families in crisis. 8. The waiting area is markedly neglected, evidenced by the absence of functioning light bulbs in the lamps, contributing to a disheartening atmosphere. 9. Overall, the level of care available is profoundly inadequate, failing to meet the basic standards one would expect of a healthcare institution. Such a constellation of issues is deeply troubling, reflecting not just on the quality of care, but also on the governance and operational standards of the facility. It behooves the management to undertake immediate and comprehensive measures to address these failings, in the interest of patient care and safety.

This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to. They do not inform their patients of anything and do not give them results unless the patient themselves calls. I do not know when the results come in so you should call your patients back and tell them. I also was just informed that my doctor no longer works with this facility because she moved and that I should have got a letter in the mail. I in fact did not get a letter in the mail and neither did half of her patients, the nurse told me that people are calling to check on appointments and are surprised when they are told their doctor left. This is very unfair and I had no warning whatsoever so now I have to wait a month or longer to even get into a new doctors office when I have medical problems that need to be addressed sooner. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they want to die.
