First, let me say how in the world does this place have any bad reviews? Seriously you guys have mustve come on some really bad days because out of all my deliveries, this has been my favorite and easiest. I got there two hours early. Got a door right away was unloaded right away. I was out the gate in less than an hour and a half. Super nice people. Thank you Kraft. I wish more places ran like you do.
Let me edit this and say. I am a reefer truck, I took a dry load. Gate 4 rocks.

They favored employees who have blood relations or friendships with supervisors. A lead who's been at the job for 5 months got a position because her mother used her power and influence, while they screwed the current leads out of their positions. Mind you, as an employee, you have to be in your current position for 6 months before moving to a new position. But yet because she couldn't do all the overtime she got switched to another department as a lead.
2 write ups, obsessive points, and attendance disqualify you from applying to job postings but apparently that only applies to you, if you're black and will be weaponized against you. Nepotism and Cronyism.
If you're black don't bother applying for leadership bids because they heavily practice a diversity quota. I've seen it a few times they hire a new black lead, they come up with a reason to fire an old black lead to take their place by bringing up something that happened months even years ago that should've gotten them fired then. They will not only discourage you but stifle you in the process by being condescending and fake encouragement. Once again Nepotism and Cronyism are at play here as well.
Management Sux, HR Sux don't trust either one. Oh, BTW you will learn their excuse for everything is "Subject to change" They don't hold themselves accountable and love to blame corporate for everything THEY screw up.
They will overwork you and pretend like they care to hire new ppl so be prepared.
The work culture is basically, "shut up and do your job" they don't take your concerns seriously and if you speak up about anything, you have to fear being retaliated against. And they will use any and everything at their disposal to provoke you into quitting, reacting in a way so they can fire you or make your existence here a nightmare.
They don't take sexual harassment seriously. In fact, apparently you get promoted to made up positions or promoted to lead positions.
