Stearns Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC

This is a really great place every LTC has it's ups and downs but overall I give them 4.5 out of 5 some stuff is out of their control. I worked here in 2010 I have nothing but good things to say my aunt even stayed here to rehab and go home great service. Thanks to all the wonderful cna's and nurses.

I came in to visit my aunt she has been a resident here for a few years now. Can I just say the professionalism from Nicolette, and Cassie absolutely outstanding. If one didnt know the answer the other did. Absolute team work. I would recommend this place to anyone ask for Nicolette

There isn't a better employee than Nicolette Turcott, the Director of Admissions.....she has worked her way up from a CNA, when asked by management to come up to the front office as a receptionist, then taking a position in the business office, when the position needed someone, then took a position as admissions director, because the position needed someone and she has went above and beyond doing an excellent job there. She is excelling as she always has and is so helpful to any resident that may need it. She definitely is a keeper.

i have a family in here the staff have been so helpful with everything, their admissions nicolette was amazing her knowledge of almost everything in the building was mind blowing. the don cassie was super nice, i had the pleasure of speaking with bobbi, just absolute amazing staff very friendly 10/10

This is probably the most important review I ever gave on Google. I get it this family stuff is extremely emotional for all loved ones involved however the staff at this facility have a lot on there plate and the bottom line is the staff at the nursing home are out to take care of people the best they can. From what I see so far they are doing an outstanding job with my father. My dad went from a really bad situation to being on track doing much better very quickly once he was brought to this nursing home. I think its important everyone knows that they have done me and my family right by doing an outstanding job so far.
