Thank you to everyone at black monument. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and informative. I thought it would be difficult to come up with a design not living in the same state. I appreciate your patience and your professional help with the revisions. The end result was just as I had pictured. The family thought it was a perfect design. I definitely recommend black monument.

Thank you Shelley! You were so helpful to me in getting a headstone. It was a unique request for my great uncle who died as a baby with the influenza epidemic of 1918, he never got a marker. You helped me through all the decisions, some I had no clue like the lettering and shiny or mat finish. I cant wait to see the finished product when its delivered. Thanks again Shelley!

I received excellent service and very pleased with the results of the monument ordered. Every person I spoke with at Black Monument during this process was very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend using Black Monument and dealing directly with them, not through a 3rd party.

Ordered and paid for 2 headstones in October of 2021. It's now April 14 of 2022 and they still have not been delivered to the cemetary. I heard every excuse from COVID to "it rains" and "sometimes employees get sick". Grandville cemetary has been setting cement foundations since February. Nothing but empty excuses. Would never recommend or use this company again.
