Over 20+ years Ive been here for trauma to minor complications and sometimes you wait a little bit, however, the teams get it done and you leave knowing you can count on Butterworth in emergency care. Thank you!

Probably one of the worst hospitals around alomg with one of the worst case workers. Gale from the night shift told my mom and dad I would never hold down a job or make it in life, but told me something completely different. Lied on my report saying that I was a gambler when I don't even gamble. I've held down a job for almost a year now at the same place, my lawyer and I are in the process of putting a lawsuit on her. Because she documented false information and told me dead in the eyes that I look like someone who would have borderline personality. Very offensive to anyone whether they had it or not.
Will never return to this hospital. 0 star rating

Have been in the waiting room for over 3 HOURS after checking in and advising them of my grandpas pain being at a level 10. The lack of compassion this hospital and its employees give to the patients is distasteful. They have a spot where all the screeners huddle up and theyre not shy with being loud so you can hear them laughing and conversing about gossip which is incredibly inconsiderate when patients are waiting in pain. PLEASE! Avoid coming here. Im not sure how much better other hospitals are when giving care, but this one failed miserably.

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Avoid the ER here if possible. They had no interest in finding out what was causing my horrible back pain. Gave me a shot in each shoulder muscle for pain,(muscle relaxers) and that didn't help. Then they blew out veins in both of my hands trying to get an IV started. I told the nurse not to try again, and that I just wanted to go home. I left in more pain than I was when I got there.
