Robert cleaned our carpet several times now after we had some issues with pets. I have never found anyone to match his level of detail. He spends time to ensure all the smell and anything is take care of, and also teaches us how to help manage this as well. We couldnt recommend anyone higher and with more praise.

O G Professional Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job on cleaning our area rugs and the stairway carpet. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Laid down runners to prevent tracking of dirt while walking in/out of the house. Removed shoes to minimize tracking.

Move in carpet cleans done. Very responsive, professional, and helpful. They did a great job and even came back to do a second run for no charge, as the carpets needed more work. The carpet in our newly purchased home needed some TLC as a result of the previous owner's pet. Robert was kind, informative, and did a great job! The carpet looks great! Its like we have new carpet!
