The business side of things is so bad I would stay away from this place. They do not seem to know how to conduct business professionally or ethically.

RCPS repeatedly charged me more than the Good Faith Estimate they provided me, they also charged me more than the agreement I signed which stated they would never charge me more than $x at a time. The response from the owner describing this as confusion must be talking about confusion on their end. I signed paperwork that stated RCPS would do something and then RCPS did not do that something. Money was drawn from my bank account that should not have been. RCPS repeatedly failed to uphold their end of the agreements they required me to sign. I can honestly say I have never experienced another company being so 'confused' about their own processes and been assigned a representative of the company that clearly didn't care about my case to such a degree. Quillian, my therapist, was late to every single session that we had, and cut out early for one. He repeatedly offered to send me links and resources after our sessions as solutions, or to check in, and then failed to do so every single time - no exaggerations. Finally, he was a no show/no contact for a session we had booked, and after that I was finished with RCPS. I literally gained nothing from our sessions outside of one single book recommendation, as everything else he said he'd send me links for and didn't. A huge waste of time and money, and the treatment and response to it all has me skeptical of seeking out help again.
