        Alex was fantastic to deal with and Secura was the best insurance company Ive ever had! We use them for all of our properties and also home and auto super disappointed that they are getting out of the personal lines they were the best weve ever had.

        Withdrew the payment forna policy that was already canceled, held the payment for 10 days "cause its policy", that 10 days turned into 13 because they decided to mail it late, then instead of directly refunding the amount into my bank account as i said they mailed a check. Not to mention I left them due to a 20% premium increase without any clames ever.
