Wow, talk about a rude awakening! Stepped into the store to grab a part, and what do I hear? A guy in the back practically groaning 'Jesus Christ' to every word I said. Seriously? From the moment I walked in he sat there acting like I was the last thing he wanted to deal with. And don't get me started on his coworker swamped with a line of people and not a helping hand in sight! Seriously, if you've got kids with you or just don't like to be disrespected, you might wanna think twice before walking through those doors.

Terrible communication and poor attitude. I just wanted to check and see if they had a part in stock and I was repeatedly talked down to with no patience for me to figure out where the model number was, and when I found it, they couldnt understand me after many repeats. Ended up saying unbelievable under their breath but on the phone. Golf X-ray 900 Quebec Papa Papa Sierra 5! I dont know how to be more clear but kept getting interrupted. You kept talking over me and then its my fault?! You dont treat customers like that. I will not be giving this store any business.

Website lists them as a dealer for breezaire parts. Unfortunately it does not list that they do not sell to the public. Nice man behind the counter informed me they have the parts I was looking for but only sell to HVAC contractors. Was not able to direct me to any retailer for the parts I was in need of either

This store has saved us so much money and helped us so many times from furnace parts, dryer parts to most recent stove parts they help with trouble shooting and recommendations they have had our parts in stock too! I'm so thankful to have a business like this here
