They sold me a computer they said was new. Brought it home to find out it was not only used. But broken. They said they'd make it right. Sold me another new apparent pc for an agreed price. Found out They upped the price on the agreement. Bad business. Wouldn't recommend. Luckily all my conversations with them are on audio recording.

Unreal! So I bought a washer and dryer thru this location. Had multiple issues with delivery, auto payments being scheduled, as well as rude service when I called to get it all rectified. Called the corporate number and was advised that at that time, the district manager would be notified and that it would be resolved. I spoke again to the manager after she had spoken with the district manager. I was then promised that a payment would be made against my account by them, and my early payoff date would be extended by several months. The payment was made after two payment periods went by. However, my early payoff date was never extended. I was told it was noted in the system under my account. It is now a couple of days from the original early pay-off date, and I called to confirm it was noted. I was advised by the new manager that there was nothing he could do because the previous manager didn't do her job. Nothing apparently was noted on my account, and as a result of mismanagement on their part, I am going to be out another 600 dollars to pay off the set. He did call the district manager, who apparently remembers nothing from 4 months ago, so I am screwed. After basically being called a liar, I was then told to look at it from his point of view. So basically, I am now out more money because they didn't do their job, and I am supposed to understand. Don't shop here. There are plenty of other rental locations in town. Truly have had nothing but issues.
