Have had issue for months. Never repaired. Each time I was charged a 100$ service fee. I was given a recommend for Bluffdale Irrigation. What a difference. They actually have some customer service. A pleasure to work with. Issue was found....controller needed replacing...overheating and shutting down. They said they were surprised I didn’t have a fire. They also found some trickle lines needed repair and heads replaced. Rain detector was also needing batteries. All this was repaired in 1&1/2 hours. Pricing very fair....no 100$ for stepping on my property and lazily walking around hardly have the energy to speak. I’m requesting my service fees back as nothing was fixed. If I would have had a fire I certainly would have sued. Want good courteous service....Bluffdale irrigation.

Supposedly a new lawn mowing crew at my next door neighbor today. They were 30 feet inside my property line and left several scalped areas. I spoke with the owner and suggested he come out and review my torn up front yard so that he could provide specific feedback to his employees. The owner gave me NO SATISFACTION. Hopefully my scalped bare spots will correct over time.

Exceptional Service. We could not be happier. We just had a first service and they have a life-time customer. Joe and his team knew exactly what they were doing. We moved to Granbury TX and in need of a landscaper to setup our sprinkler system. We had other landscapers not return our phone calls to schedule and two landscapers who chose to "stand us" up. I was in such dismay. I happened to see a Cutting Edge truck in our development and phoned. I was shocked when a very professional young lady answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for us. Not only was it scheduled but Joe got us in earlier than scheduled. He was proficient, professional and an expert in this field. We actually expected the bill to be twice what it cost. Thank you so much Joe and the wonderful young lady who answered the phone. Again, you have a life-long customer.
