Used to recommend this place. We've been ripped of more than once here. Paid for a stain protection that we can't register because they can't give us the number we need. Then when we needed a power lift chair serviced (that we bought from them for over $1500) they told us the manufacturer had gone out of business so our warranty was void. They collected our chair from us when they delivered the new one we had ro buy to replace it. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with this business! I would rate them a negative number if I could!

So disappointed. Paid nearly $100 for stain treatment could never get the confirmation number to even register the protection. Also got lied to about a power chair we bought there that needed service. We were told the manufacturer had gone out of business before the pandemic and the warranty was now worthless. Let them take away a chair that cost over $1500 and had to replace it because we couldn't get the original chair repaired.

Had a great experience with them in 2017. Sadly it's gone down hill from there. Had a power chair that I bought there that needed service.  Was lied to and told the lifetime warranty was no longer any good because the company who built the chair went out of business before the pandemic.  Let them trash my chair only to learn months later that the company still exists and I should have been able to have my original chair (that cost more than $1500 serviced and repaired)  I am So disgusted by this!
