Had a generator put in a year ago, needed a fillup before this storm we are in right now and they never came out when they said they would. Im almost out of propane and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Don't do it! Customer service is terrible. Price is higher than anyone around and I heat my entire house with propane. If you need to talk to someone in service forget it. They never answer. You have to leave voicemails which they never respond to. Must call multiple times. We all know changing tanks is a pain so we procrastinate. I finally had to change in November when I needed a propane fireplace serviced. Unfortunately I had just had all of my tanks filled, 3 100 gls. and 1 50, a few weeks before. The new company I called was coming to service my fireplace, install their tanks and fill. They were 40 cents a gallon cheaper and I could actually speak to a human. After trying to get answers about when my old tanks would be picked up and charges etc., I finally settled on just having them picked up after my 3 calls and my husbands 1 call. They were picked up in the middle of December.
January comes and I get a bill for tank removal but no credit for propane. I call. Leave a voicemail in service. Wait 3 business days and call again. The woman who answers the phone says I have a credit on my account. No one bothered to call or email. Lucky for me this will be our last interaction!

Worst supplier. High prices and takes forever to get a delivery.

It's shocking this place has such a corner on the market when they continue to employ such a miserable customer service rep.
